Delivery

United Kingdom

We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 7 working days of receiving your order. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control.

Pre-Orders close on August 8th and all the orders from the launch will be dispatched the following week.

International Orders

We ship worldwide where possible. International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services. We cannot guarantee delivery times for orders outside the United Kingdom. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply in their country.

Returns

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer law. To exercise this right, please contact us before returning the item. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
